Cheddar Egg Muffins

The recipe for this healthy breakfast carbs is a great choice especially if you are in a rush. Plus, if you are gluten free, you do not need to worry about consuming it at all!
Ingredients for this recipe for healthy breakfast carbs:
For the sausage
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped finely
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 pound ground Turkey
• 1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
• 1 tsp. fennel seeds
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 1 tsp. dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
For the muffins
• 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, soaked in oil
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 1 tbsp. chives
• 8 large eggs

Instructions for this healthy breakfast carbs recipe:
1. Preheat your oven to 380 degrees F and grease a muffin pan.
2. Over medium heat, cook garlic and onion in a medium skillet for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
3. Combine onion mixture and turkey in a medium bowl. Add the remaining sausage ingredients and mix until blended thoroughly with hands.
4. Form patties of any desired thickness and width by hand. Over medium heat, cook in the skillet for 8 minutes and the meat isn’t pink anymore. Set aside to cook, and chop and crumble the sausage in bite size.
5. Combine sausage, oregano, tomatoes, and basil. Salt, onion powder, cheese, and broccoli in a large bowl.
6. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl and mix it with the broccoli mixture. Divide the mix evenly among the tin muffin cups. Top with chives.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.

Eggs in Ham Cups

• 12 eggs
• Paprika
• 12 slices of preservatives-free ham
• Pepper
• Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
2. With slices of ham, line your muffin tin.
3. Crack an egg for each muffin opening, and then add paprika, pepper, and salt.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes.
5. Allow them to cool before removing slowly from the muffin tin.
